The PennKey Setup Code Service has been retired

Qualified Penn affiliates may obtain a Setup Code in person after presenting proper photo ID at a PennKey Administration Station on campus.

If you need to recover your PennKey, please use this contact form, and a PennKey support rep will be in touch to assist you.

If you have forgotten your PennKey password and had previously enrolled in PennKey Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), you can reset your password online.
